about us

The vision of creating a warm, rustic, and nature-inspired retreat for guests became a reality in the fall of 2023. With four out of our six children pursuing higher education, this venture not only allowed us to welcome guests year-round but also provided a cozy haven for our returning kids. Growing up in the hospitality industry, this opportunity brought back cherished memories from my youth, making it an exciting journey to undertake.

The main floor Suite

This suite, spanning 300 square feet, features two cozy queen beds and a 40-inch Smart TV with satellite channels. Guests can access their personal streaming app accounts, such as Disney+ and Netflix. Additionally, the room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and a water cooler. For convenience, the walk-in shower and toilet are separated from the sink area. The suite accommodates up to 4 guests.

The roomy suite is just a few steps from the outdoor patio and hot tub. Moreover, the east-facing windows offer a stunning view of the sunrise!

The main floor Suite

Guests can enjoy essential hotel-style luxuries such as coffee, cream, and sugar.

The 2-bedroom Suite

This 850-square-foot space comprises a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, dining for 6-8 individuals, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water cooler, cookware, and tableware. It includes two separate bedrooms, each with two cozy queen beds and a 40-inch Smart TV. The living room can host 6 guests and boasts a 50-inch Smart TV with Satellite. All TVs allow guests to log into their personal streaming services such as Disney+ and Netflix. The roomy bathroom features a full tub/shower combination. Additionally, a spacious closet offers plenty of room for hanging clothes, jackets, or stowing suitcases. This suite can accommodate up to 8 guests.

This upper suite provides everything needed for short or extended stays and presents guests with breathtaking countryside views. The outdoor patio and hot tub are steps away from the main entrance.

Drive west on Hwy 3 towards Boissevain
Turn north on Hwy 346 towards Ninga
Turn west on Hwy 443
Drive approx. 7 miles until you reach 113W.

We are located 2 miles east of Boissevain on Hwy 443

There is plenty of parking on the south side of the building. Plug-ins are available for guests (2 per suite).

Turtle Mountain Provincial Park offers a variety of outdoor activities suitable for everyone. Encompassing 184 km2, the park includes lakes, marshland, trails, forests, and a multitude of recreational opportunities. Located just a short drive from Boissevain, it is easily accessible for locals and tourists alike. Activities to enjoy range from hiking, canoeing, and kayaking to swimming, fishing, cross-country skiing, camping, birdwatching, boating, biking, skating, tobogganing, and beyond.
